 |
The TA-310 furnace is about 60 inches in length and 20
inches in width. TA-310
furnace can heat at a maximum of 600°C.
Faster and more efficient than conventional ovens, the Table Top,
clean, infrared heat, dramatically reduces the time required to process
parts. It's no longer
necessary to remove parts from the production line to heat for long
periods. The TA-310 can be integrated directly into modern production
lines to achieve a continuous, uninterrupted production flow.
The TA series of micro ovens are especially designed for use in situations
where space is at a premium. The
oven fits on a table top or work bench and can be easily transferred from
one location to another.
The variety of heating jobs this small, conveyorized unit can handle are
virtually without limit. Faster and more efficient than conventional batch
ovens, the TA-310, with clean, infrared heat, dramatically reduces the
time required to process parts. It's
no longer necessary to remove parts from the production line to heat for
long periods, as the TA-310 can be integrated directly into modern
production lines to achieve a continuous, uninterrupted production flow.
The oven features a clam-shall design with hermetic seal which provides
easy service access of the oven interior.
The oven is powerful enough for use in a wide variety of laboratory
and production processes from curing/drying to high temperature reflow
solder, including low lead and lead free solders.
The TA-310 is also an excellent choice for void free reflow of gold
tin performs for hermetic package sealing
