The H-Series combines all
the necessary components for hydrogen operation with the normal operation
of a furnace. Special warm up
and cool down procedures are implemented along with methods for preheating
the hydrogen atmosphere as enters into the furnace interior. Both entrance and exit baffles are included to generate an
inert gas curtain which keeps ambient air from entering the furnace
interior. Excess hydrogen is
directed into a burner assembly where it is mixed with ambient air and
ignited, thus preventing the buildup of excess gas. |
