PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
EUTECTIC DIE COLLETS and VACUUM PICK-UP TOOLS

3600 & 3700 Series
Eutectic Die collets are used to attach the die to the substrate. Die collets are designed to pick up the die by the edges.

3300, 3800 & 3900 Series
Vacuum pick-up tools are used for die attach. This flat face series of tools holds the die against the face of the tool.
