GAISER 1732 & 1733 SERIES "BALL BUMPING" BONDING

1/16 in. (1.58 mm) SHANK DIAMETER CERAMIC CAPILLARIES

THERMOSONIC CAPILLARIES   

The 1732 and 1733 series capillaries are designed for applications where a ball bond only is required. The user-friendly part number allows the hold and "B" dimensions to be specified in the part number for various wire diameters, bond pad sizes, and bond pad pitches. The "T" dimension is automatically  

minimized for fine pitch applications unless otherwise specified. The tool face is flat and polished. The 1732 and 1733 are ceramic material unless otherwise specified as tungsten carbide (Add "-WC" To Part No.); for tip modifications, see Tip Modifications.
