EMC GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES
is headquartered in scenic Doylestown, Pennsylvania approximately 30 miles north of Philadelphia. Our 25,000 square foot manufacturing facility sits on 4.5 acres in Skyrun Industrial Park. The 7,000 square feet of office space is dedicated to all of EMC's worldwide purchasing, inside sales, design, engineering, marketing and accounting. Our 18,000 square foot manufacturing floor is fully equipped to produce our standard product line as well as any custom parts that our customers require.   

The heart of the manufacturing area is our five CNC vertical machining centers, which produce all of EMC's quality fixtures and pallets. All fixture accessories such as hardware, overhead racks and clamps are produced on our assortment of CNC mills, CNC lathes, drill presses, routers, grinders and saws. As a final step, all precision fixtures are checked for accuracy on our coordinate measuring machine. Whether machinist, engineer or sales person, all of EMC's employees strive toward one single goal: complete customer satisfaction.

Naturally, environmental and operator safety have been addressed throughout the design. The cleaning chemistry is kept in a sealed reservoir during product loading and unloading, thus exposing much less solution to the outside environment.

the 6000 series offers sophisticated microprocessor controls, more than 60 programmable recipes, and an integrated forced air dryer with both coarse and HEPA filters to ensure clean, particle-free and thorough drying.
