BTU’s pusher furnaces are ideal for high-performance applications, such as
advanced electronics, solid oxide fuel cells, fuel pellet sintering,
capacitor manufacturing, metallizing and calcining. Our patented
Moveable Gas Barrier system provides unparalleled atmosphere separation
and control for applications such as capacitors and powder metals
sintering. Pushers are configured to meet our customer’s specific
process needs.
BTU offers the Pusher furnace for processing heavy loads, at temperatures
up to 1800°C in air, inert, or reducing atmospheres. The Pusher design optimizes
productivity while offering maximum reliability through the use of high
alumina bricking, sophisticated safety controls and advanced operational
software. |
