BTU’s
radiant dryers operate at temperatures up to 300°C. Often used for drying inks before firing
thick-and thin film circuits, they are also a particularly
cost-effective choice for most curing applications. The dryers are
available in a number of belt widths and lengths, and in both stand
alone and in line configurations.
In addition, BTU offers a line of Conveyorized
Convection Curing ovens for use in polyimide and epoxy curing, materials
drying or low temperature heat treating. These systems combine the high
purity atmosphere control of muffle technology with superior heating
performance of closed-loop controlled convection heaters to produce wide
belt convection curing systems for high production throughput. |
