Auer Precision is a world leader in the development and manufacture of process carriers for the electronics industry today.

Possessing a broad array of equipment and capabilities, from 2 ton to 1000 ton presses, Auer is a leader in tool making and stamping technologies. Reciprocating, hydraulic knuckle, vision aligned floating bolster and electromagnetic ballistic presses are utilized to match the appropriate equipment to the product needs.
Auer is known for exemplary, high precision Class-A tooling required in diverse applications such as medical diagnostic strips, thin metal or multi-layer structures, opto-electronic packaging or aerospace components. Tooling can be customized for short run through high volume needs.  

Direct links from engineering to state-of-the-art CAD/CAM controllers located throughout our various manufacturing facilities allows information to be relayed directly to the production line.   

Environmental controlled conditions, including a Class 1000 clean room with Class 100 working areas, having low humidity, can be provided upon specific needs. These conditions are particularly important in medical and semiconductor product applications. Complementing the environmental controls, Auer maintains contact and non-contact metrology equipment to ensure product is certified to customer requirements.
